Masks & onesies delivered using tracked post generally arrive within 5 working days. T-shirts, hoodies & singlets require print, as well as courier & these orders, take approximately 5 business days ex courier. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within two business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products we do not allow returns/exchanges in a change of mind situation. If you receive the products and they do what they are made to do, are acceptable in appearance and finish, are free from minor defects and are safe and durable we cannot exchange the item or refund you.

Faulty Product

If a product you buy is faulty or not of acceptable quality we are happy to sort it out. We may choose to repair, exchange it or refund you. The item must be returned in its original state, unused and the issue logged withing 2 weeks. We do not accept items that have noticeable wear or makeup stains. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping.

When you receive your order we recommend that you check your purchase against your receipt as soon as you receive and try on item/s to determine if any returns or exchanges are required. If there’s an issue simply email us with;

1. The date of your purchase

2. Your order number

3. What you would like to return

4. Why you want to return it.

5. A photo of the fault/damage

Once received we will organise a replacement or a refund ASAP.

Certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size. All of the measurements are given for each product, it is up the customer to check that the size chosen is correct.
  • Colour variation from screen to printed product. Colour variation is inherent in the design process, and it is impossible to match colours from computer screens, as every screen is different. Colours on screen are made up of light, so neon and very bright colours, in particular, will not look like this when printed.
  • Garment shrinkage in the wash if washing instructions aren’t followed.
  • Courier delivery timeframes.
  • Due to the production process, colours, position, size & scale are indicative only.
